Waste of a morning I scheduled my car for an oil change on Saturday, I got to the dealership on time, the person who helped me informed me that my vehicle needed to have I scheduled my car for an oil change on Saturday, I got to the dealership on time, the person who helped me informed me that my vehicle needed to have the 30,000 mile service but the price he quoted was ridiculously high. I told the person that it was too high and he offered to lower it 20 dollars, I also asked this person if I could use 150 reward credit for service I received over my email, he said I had to speak to the manager and that I had to pay for oil change because even though I was a member of free oil change service I had to do certain milage service on my vehicle, I told the person that they should have told me that when I scheduled the service because I can't afford it right now. I asked the person if they could help me out and he said no. I decided to not have my oil change done with Nissan and got it done elsewhere. I wasted my whole morning at Nissan's service center for nothing. More
Finally I was in and out in a little less than an hour and for an oil change AND for my 20k service. I am usually in this location for an oil change alone for I was in and out in a little less than an hour and for an oil change AND for my 20k service. I am usually in this location for an oil change alone for over an hour and this time I got an extra service and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Also, the service advisor Dana was superb. She was friendly and had great manners and was helpful. If my future oil change appointments continue like this I won’t complain. More

Worst Nissan Visit Ever First I will start with the fact that This place constantly emails me and calls me for different services. The one time I actually need something fixed (my cigarette smoker fuse), I was told that I would have to pay $300 just to get the car looked at. Once I told the lady on the phone I will go somewhere else, she was quick to say “he’ll do it for $70.” The next morning I get another call from someone else confirming my appointment and I asked him am I still only paying $70 and he said yes!!! When I get to Nissan, I was greeted by a nice young man so I thought this was going to be a good trip... wrong! I waited TWO HOURSSSS until finally my “consultant” took me to his little office. Come to find out, he said that something in my car “may have been” wet and caused a shortage in the fuse which would be $225. gtfoh . There was no communication AT ALL! The workers had head phones in just dilly dallying around! I will never EVER recommend ANYONE to go here! This place is beyond the WORST NISSAN EVER! More
