Horrible people to do business with. I took my truck to be inspected and it failed. after the 3rd time of service they took it without my permission to get a sticker from their own guys. Not to mention they backed out of a deal that I was in the process of signing for on the loaner I am driving while we were in the middle of signing for it because they messed up the paperwork. More

The car has no sound. I was also told the oil change would be completed prior to driving off with it and I just got a notification that an oil change is needed. I’m not su I was also told the oil change would be completed prior to driving off with it and I just got a notification that an oil change is needed. I’m not sure if they did complete it and something is wrong with the cars system but I’m not taking a chance with it so I’ll be bringing it for an oil change myself. I was told to bring it in for service for the sound which is a little crazy to me as I noticed it the day after receiving the car and feel like they should’ve taken initiative to fix it but that’s just me! Other than that everything was good! More
