Carmen Reyes was excellent! Very friendly and very professional. She made me feel at ease (because buying a new car is a major commitment) yet she wasn't "pushy". They addressed my issues/concerns which is great. I just felt like the communication could have been a little better. It was hard to get in touch with someone when you call the main number. When reaching ou felt like the communication could have been a little better. It was hard to get in touch with someone when you call the main number. When reaching out to the salesperson I’d sometimes wait a few days for a response, delaying the resolution to the problems. It almost made me feel like they didn’t care because they had already made the deal and got their money but it was important to me because it was a brand new car yet I drove off the lot with scratches and oily fingerprints inside and outside. The people at the service center though were great and helped me out a lot. More
