Juan, my adviser, did a great job, as usual. He reviewed my service needs, arranged the necessary maintenance. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Toyota Prius from Charlie Murphy, what an absolute gentleman. From the time I bought our Corolla in 2017 I had an uncomfortable experience with the sales group. This feeling started with the person we talked to initially in Finance to dealing with the Sales Mana uncomfortable experience with the sales group. This feeling started with the person we talked to initially in Finance to dealing with the Sales Manager. The finance guy was rude and I demanded to see the sales manager and a different person. I had written in a requirement to the sales contract that took me over a year to have honored and only then grudgingly. The Service Department was OK and the Service Manager easier to deal with. on my last visit I had a very long wait time just to get the state inspection done. All in all I don't think I would go back to this dealer to nest my next Toyota unless they were prepared to give me a very good deal and then I would still think about it. I would also be very surprised to see if they actually use this evaluation. :) More
