We purchased the Prius due to the fact that I commute back and forth to Manhattan on a daily basis for work. Being able to have access to the HOV lane saves a significant amount of time. Romeo went above and beyond to find us another Prius loaner car and also went out of his way to get the HOV Clean Pass. That is what I call outstanding service!! He asked me what exactly I was looking for in the car regarding features, color, interior, etc.. He was not pushy at all as we all have experienced at one time or another with car salesman. I was very pleasantly surprised at his professionalism considering his apparent young age. He answered all my questions and even set up and showed me how to use the Navigation system and the other apps and features that came with the car. I even went back to him a few days later when I had some more questions about the car and he seemed very happy to be able to help me out once again.
