He is always extremely, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and courteous. He always listens to my concerns and solves the issues. There was no waiting to be helped as I was taken care of right away. I did have to wait a while for my car to be finished, as it was a busy Saturday. However, a service technician spent extra time with me after the car was serviced to explain some new features that I had concerns over. More
New Lease To be as polite as possible, our experience was totally ghastly and wholly dissatisfying. Our lease was was expiring at the end of 2019. We have been dealing with Huntington Toyota, which is now under new management, since 2004 and had always had a positive experience so we returned for a new lease. From the beginning, our experience was horrible. We asked for the same features we had on our Avalon Limited, particularly things: (i) a nav system; (ii) wireless charger; and (iii) heated/cooled ventilated seats. We were shown a SLE and a 2020 XLE and were told a 2019 Avalon would have all the features we wanted at a price as near to our current lease price, although higher. We were also told the car would arrive with 100 miles on the odometer and that excessive wear and tear insurance would be included in the amount due at lease signing. The bottom line is these were all misrepresentations and we got none of the things promised. Well, sorry us because we’re stuck with a car we hate for 3 years but baaaad for you—you lost a loyal Toyota customer of 15 years because we won’t be coming back for a Toyota in 2022! Shame, shame, shame on you! We want to mention Kimberly, who was quite good. They keep her behind the scenes and make her clean the car, probably because she still has values that they haven’t trained out of her yet. More
