I don't usually respond to requests for post transaction evaluations but the services provided by the salesperson assigned to me at your dealership, Chelsie Aragon, were well above and beyond any service p evaluations but the services provided by the salesperson assigned to me at your dealership, Chelsie Aragon, were well above and beyond any service provided at any time prior by any auto dealer and I have bee buying or leasing cars since 1962. Chelsie was not at all aggressive or wrapped up in a sales pitch. Instead, she answered all of my questions about the turning in of the leased car I had and obtaining the new one. I was told all of the finances of the transaction and Javier made it possible for me to go on with the deal. Chelsie was patient and very accommodating to the extent of having me share in the employees lunch as I was involved with her in the lease transaction from 10:30 AM to about 4PM when I drove home in my new car. I can't imagine anyone not being pleased with the kindness and friendliness shown by Chelsie. She is truly a gem and a precious member of your sales staff.
