That was the second time my car was in for service it was also the second time my car went In for service and they returned it to me With No car wash. I was actually looking forward to the car wash. - I bought the car from Edwin Anthony and I have to tell you that he wasn’t there to go over my vehicle with me when I picked up my Camry. I was waiting for him to call me and thank me for my business that call never came and then when I tried to email him to ask him questions about the vehicle, I couldn’t get my email to him to go through it says his email is not set up. So if your looking for customer service or a salesperson you feel is there for you during the purchase of your lease during your lease and there for you 3 years from now for your next lease it’s not this guy. He sells you the car and you can’t ever reach him again. More

I called for a service recall on Sunday. I was told the person that schedules recalls wasn’t there on Sunday and they would call me the next day. On Monday afternoon I called back after not hearing anythin person that schedules recalls wasn’t there on Sunday and they would call me the next day. On Monday afternoon I called back after not hearing anything and I was told they were busy and would call back. Finally on Tuesday I received a text message to schedule. I scheduled for the next day at 9:30. The recall paperwork said it should take 45 minutes. When I dropped my car off at 9:30 I was told it would take 2 hours. I waited and waited. Finally at 1:30 I called to check on my car after hearing nothing only to be told the one person who could help me was on lunch break. He finally called me around 2 to pick up up my car it was ready. When I went to pick it up there was no one at the reception desk and I wandered around looking for someone to help me for ten minutes before looping back around and finding someone at the reception desk. The communication at this service location is horrible. The next day I noticed a strange sound when reversing. There is a flap of metal hanging from the bottom of my car. It was not like that before going to Toyota. I called and asked if the safety recall involved going under the car and was told no it did not. I explained the problem and was told “You have the car, it is in your possession” Basically absolving themselves of any wrongdoing. More

Excellent service when they want to sell but when they promise you something it's awful. They offer me the entertainment system to be installed the week after I got the car. I waited 1 month and the pers promise you something it's awful. They offer me the entertainment system to be installed the week after I got the car. I waited 1 month and the person who offer me that wasn't even answering I had to keep calling until he got back to me and thank God that the service department call me and took care of it.
