The sales rep and tech were attempting to sell services that were not needed. The front and rear brakes were recommended to be replaced however when I took a front wheel and rear wheel off they was still that were not needed. The car was brought in for the rear tailgate to be looked at, it makes a grinding sound when operating. The service report says it operates fine. Seems like there was more a concern to sell services rather than addressing the concerns that the car was brought in for. More
