I had an appointment for 11 a. m. just for maintenance. Oil change, tire rotation, fluid check etc.. It was also recommended that I get an alignment done. It wasn't anything major instead of dropping off. Well my car was not finished until after 5. They didn't even get to the alignment so it was over 6 hours to get an oil change and replace my engine filter. Absolutely ridiculous More
