Being told your vehicle would be ready at noon and then not receiving an update until much later is understandably frustrating, and you should not have had to repeatedly call just to get information. Waiting again at the dealership because your advisor was unavailable is also not the experience we want for any customer. We also appreciate you pointing out the disconnect between the technician’s inspection video and the follow-up discussion about the air filter. If something is identified during inspection, it should be clearly communicated so you can decide whether you want it addressed. Your comments about communication, follow-up, and overall service are being taken seriously and will be reviewed with our team. Every time I called, no matter who answered the phone (and someone always answered the phone, no recording) they were pleasant and helpful. I can not say enough good things about Johnny.
