Being told your vehicle would be ready at noon and then not receiving an update until much later is understandably frustrating, and you should not have had to repeatedly call just to get information. Waiting again at the dealership because your advisor was unavailable is also not the experience we want for any customer. We also appreciate you pointing out the disconnect between the technician’s inspection video and the follow-up discussion about the air filter. If something is identified during inspection, it should be clearly communicated so you can decide whether you want it addressed.
