I went in for a recall which was done well. I had a repair done by their service team a year previously and was told they could not find it in their records. I found it. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. After purchasing my new F150, I never received the documents due to an alleged computer issue at the time I took delivery the vehicle. I called the dealership several times and was informed my sales person had been fired. After about five months, I had to physically go into the dealership and go into the finance manager’s office, and I was finally given a thumb drive with my documents. I then got stuck with the vehicle on the first road trip with 1000 miles on the odometer in Bishop California. Try renting a car in Bishop. The only thing that I’ve left was an SUV and they wanted $200 a day. I called Ford roadside assistance to get the vehicle towed however, the service advisor in the destination dealership in Bakersfield California would not give me a purchase order to get a rental car company so I couldn’t even get rental car rates on the few vehicles that were remaining. The truck that spent 25 days in service. When I picked up the vehicle, I drove 1 mile from Bakersfield Ford and the trouble code lights set again. I drove the vehicle to envision Ford where it spent another week in service on the second attempt for this repair. After getting the vehicle back, the frunk switch stopped working at the frunk. The technician checked the switch on the dashboard which still worked, but never bothered to check it in the front of the vehicle as I had stipulated. So they gave me the vehicle back with the switch still not working. Currently that switch still doesn’t work and my driver‘s window does not auto roll up it only auto rolls down. The dashboard also gets very sticky in the sun and they allegedly ordered parts. Mike, my service writer never called me to let me know the parts are in or schedule any further service on the outstanding items. I’ve called Mike three times and left messages for him with no response and I also called the service manager and left a message with no response. I’ve owned every Ford truck that they make over the last 30 years. This dealership and it service department are by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership of any brand and especially for a Ford dealership. You can tell this dealership has no leadership, and therefore everyone is running the round individual program and the results speak for themselves. If anyone reading this review is looking for a Ford vehicle, do not buy it here and I would highly recommend considering another brand based on the reliability issues I’ve had with this F150. It’s sad to see my favorite truck hand brand be run into the ground. More

Worst customer service no follow up from advisor i had to call multiple times times still no answer dropped off at 9 am for a simple oil change was told it would be ready at 12 that was a lie didnt get a cal call multiple times times still no answer dropped off at 9 am for a simple oil change was told it would be ready at 12 that was a lie didnt get a call till 3 saying itll be ready at 3:30 got there and advisor was no where to be found waitied around a whole hour till another advisor checked me out. Someone needs to send Mike back to cuatomer service classes plus I received video from techs telling me air filter needed to be replaced and yet no one tried to sell me that. Seriously do better for being a customer and only servicing there worst visit yet More

Mike Sack was very thorough with the work needed to be done on my F350. We got warranty work done, and Mike kept me in the loop with the whole process. 3 hours for a scheduled oil change seems a little excessive. Also, tire pressures were not correct. Was assured they were correct, but they were not.
