I got scammed, went in for my window not rolling up, I already knew it needed a regulator but they decided to run a diagnostics???!! for $315. The estimate came out as $2400 plus dollars, a repair I could already knew it needed a regulator but they decided to run a diagnostics???!! for $315. The estimate came out as $2400 plus dollars, a repair I couldn't afford at the moment, I asked if I could apply the $315 towards something else the car might need but I was told no by the person that helped me, it was a shady business practice because if I had been told ahead of time that it was going to be anywhere on the vicinity of $1000 I would have just walked away without spending my hard earned money to run a diagnostics that I did not need in the first place because I already knew what the car needed, anyways, your place needs to have an estimated price for the services you offer so that customers can see them, I got the car fixed for $550, a mere fraction of what you guys wanted to charge me, I do not know how you guys can justify charging customers $2400 for a regulator, and your business practices are shady and designed to scam your customers to say the least. Also, your service representatives don't do a good job as far as communicating honestly with their clients, they just seem to be interested in your cash and nothing else. I will never ever go back to your place for anything and I will not buy any more Mercedes Benz vehicles for me or my immediate family. More
