The service at this dealership is always exceptional, especially thanks to Demetria Lopez. She is friendly, professional, and has outstanding customer service skills. I also love the pastries, fresh fruit, and beverages that are available while customers wait it’s a really nice touch. One thing I’d suggest is not requiring customers to refill the gas tank on rental vehicles. With the cost of maintenance and repairs being so high, it would be a great added convenience for customers. More

My vehicle was returned dirty from the mechanic’s splashing the fluid it was unacceptable. My windshield and side windows had fluid splattered everywhere. The advisor should have taken care of making sure it was washed or cleaned before returning my vehicle. This is a Mercedes dealer and customer pay a great amount of money to have our vehicles repaired and returned looking presentable . On top of that i had to reach out to the advisor on status of my vehicle after not hearing anything for two days. I am a Manager in the customer service field and this was not my best experience at this West Covina location. More

Do not buy a car from here, especially from Rabi. Rabi completely lied to me just to get a sale. He told me the car had wireless charging when it actually doesn't. Instead of just admitting he lied, Rabi completely lied to me just to get a sale. He told me the car had wireless charging when it actually doesn't. Instead of just admitting he lied, he made me drive all the way back to West Covina 4 different times pretending they were going to check it out and "fix" it. It was a complete waste of my time and gas. When I was test driving the car, I noticed something was wrong with the tire and pointed it out. Rabi told me it just "needed air." That was a total lie. It actually had a bad leak, and fixing tires on these cars is not cheap. The electronic power steering completely shut off on me. It left me stranded and I literally had to get the car towed because it was completely undrivable. Like how it this happening and I just bought the car. Anywho I couldn’t even talk to a manager because Rabi’s manager Eric is completely avoiding my emails and calls. So he’s allowing all this to happen. More
