I don’t understand how a tire of my vehicle could be bald when I’ve only had it for 4 months. Four months ago when I bought it I seen the car fax saying my tires were replace with new ones. sold me a service contract without telling me that it was ONLY valid at their location. Btw if you shop around prices they charge more than other dealerships for service. They were really great with the lease but extremely disappointing since then. Had a not great experience at their service center earlier. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2023 EQS. They intentionally took a line item out (worth $1400) behind my back. Classic bait and switch. When I confronted them, their sales manager said it's because they're not making any money on this deal What?? Okay. Fine...I understand, but you can't sell me one thing and when it's time to sign, you take something out without letting the customer know. That's crazy. I wasn't expecting that from a Mercedes dealership. And now, I found out my DMV registration wasn't paid. So I had to pay it out of pocket + $290 late fee. A total of $970. I called this dealership and left messages for the Finance Manager, no response. I emailed the GM, no response. Just top to bottom, they're crooks. Next step, Mercedes corporate office. But I have this weird feeling that I'll be ignored there too. Just awful dealership. Had good experience with Service Dept but Sales and Finance Depr is just awful! Be aware... More
