I was very nervous and upset that my new Mercedes with only 4,000 miles that I had to take to service because of a black dashboard. Not sure if the issue is this dealership or the larger Mercedes/Envision customer experience. I bought a new car about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for things that I should have gotten with the car on d Mercedes/Envision customer experience. I bought a new car about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for things that I should have gotten with the car on day 1. The car already has issues with software updates. Seems like things are slow. I miss the old Penske customer experience as we have bought from this dealership for over 25 years. I am still unclear about my warranty as I didn't get the call back as promised. I might buy from the Arcadia dealership next time. More
The manager there was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the service representative was just looking for a sale. Didnt even make small talk or look at me twice. When I told him I needed a ride he gave me stare down. I told him when I spoke to someone over the phone they said I could have a ride. He did give me a rental. The problem was his attitude didn't make me feel like a valued client. I was more of a transaction. And it was because he couldnt sell me anything. Wont be back to that location. More
