I have been to this dealership many times over the years, and by far Chad has provided the best service I have received. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detailed throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his communication—he kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. Chad made me feel welcome and valued as a customer, which is something that truly sets him apart. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was being well taken care of. Because of this experience, I will definitely be returning to Mercedes-Benz of West Covina for future service visits and will specifically request Chad. He is a tremendous asset to the dealership, and I highly recommend him. . More
The service advisor was very nice, no issue at all with him. My problem was with your mechanic. He reported my brakes and rotors were less than 2mm and reccomended a $5000 to replace all forum rotors and him. My problem was with your mechanic. My car’s 2025 service, at your dealership, reported 6MM at each disc. And since that inspection I had only put 1800 miles…yes just 1800 miles!!! When I asked to have the service advisor remeasure - the pads were 5mm and SAFE. I don’t appreciate this flagrant attempt at ripping me off and upcharging a customer who have been loyal patron since 2011. Very despicable!!!! More
I like the efficiency of the sale person, Kevin Wang. We got straight to the point. We were able to agree on the out the door price in about 15min after we sat down. I don’t understand how a tire of my vehicle could be bald when I’ve only had it for 4 months. Four months ago when I bought it I seen the car fax saying my tires were replace with new ones. sold me a service contract without telling me that it was ONLY valid at their location. Btw if you shop around prices they charge more than other dealerships for service. They were really great with the lease but extremely disappointing since then. Had a not great experience at their service center earlier.
