This is a crazy time in the new car market with shortages. I spoke to other dealers who where taking advantage of buyers. Ertle was fair, honest, and delivered on every promise. After waiting two hours I asked the service writer what the status was of our Forester, which we had brought in to have the remote starter reprogrammed. We were told it couldn’t be worked on because it was the status was of our Forester, which we had brought in to have the remote starter reprogrammed. We were told it couldn’t be worked on because it wasn’t a Subaru remote system even though a Subaru dealer had installed after as an after market system. It was inexcusable that instead of telling us immediately I had to ask. We might have had to wait until end of day if I hadn’t asked. Service os what builds customer loyalty, so we won’t be shopping at Ertle. More
