Our salesman David was good. Then I had to deal with JR in finance and the "back office manager." If it were based on them only, I would have canceled the sale right there, in fact I started to. This was a cash sale for a business. I have purchased numerous vehicles, all commercial paid-in-full transactions and never had to deal with such xx, so no I cannot recommend. The clear message their office sent was "we don't appreciate your business, don't come back" one final note, the delivery driver was a good guy. Shame too, I tend to be loyal and would have come back. I am currently in the market for 2 more vans. They would have been first to call, unfortunately now they are last. I always have a positive experience with the service center. I needed a loaner even though i was just getting an oil change because i had to get some supplies for my special needs son's birthday and ask center. I needed a loaner even though i was just getting an oil change because i had to get some supplies for my special needs son's birthday and asked if it was okay if i return the car the following day. My service adviser (Steven) was very understanding and accommodating. I was also met by two different people when i went to the service department and I cannot remember their names but they were very cordial and very helpful. The female employeee who got me my loaner was very helpful, fast, and polite. More
