6 times I had my car in for a parking brake cable problem and all 6 times it was not taken care of. OH yeah, they'll upsell you anything but fix the original problem... not a chance. In 18K miles I've had 3 More

Tim, I appreciate your getting back to me but I've called corporate and am dealing with this issue through them. Sorry Bro but again... 2 cars, 4 times on my 2019 and 6 times on my 2015 in 2 years. Wouldn't trust your service dept to nail two popsicle sticks together. And with my 2015... my car has sat at my house undrivable since I had it towed here 3 weeks ago. I'm done with you guys. I'm out a few hundo and always an upsell. Won't fix my cable which I seriously (and with other mechanics opinion) believe is the cause, but wont inspect my car because OH, an upper control arm bushing which will cost me oh... 700 dollars?? I have an extended warranty to 96K... For WHAT? ZERO!!!
