I will be more than glad to give you a call. I will be doing so within the next hour. I just don’t understand how scratches on my trade in deducted value but I was told multiple times that the 10-12 scratches on the car I bought was “normal wear and tear” had to fight to get 200$ taken off the price of the car. I personally also don’t think each counter offer should take more than 15 minutes. I was negotiating with a mystery man being represented by the salesman I guess he thought he was to good for even a handshake after the 2.5-3 hour long negotiations. Trust me I love ertle my mother has bought numerous cars throughout the years and currently within the past couple days purchased a brand new car as well. But this experience was not nearly as good as the previous ones for myself.
