Everyone was nice but I was disappointed I got a sedan basic model rental vehicle instead of the newer model of my crosstrek. I dont even own the basic model. I felt like it was a downgrade. I was really disappointed in my Outback's last service. 2 days after the service I had to put air in one of my tires. I checked the windshield wiper washer container and it needed fluid.
