I had an appt and even so waited 2 hours. I did not have anything major done to the car, and when I arrived the rep said 1 1/2 hrs till it was done. When 90 minutes were over and nobody spoke to me, I aske anything major done to the car, and when I arrived the rep said 1 1/2 hrs till it was done. When 90 minutes were over and nobody spoke to me, I asked him when the car would be ready and he said it was, but he didn't call me as he though I was a man. Why didn't he just call out my last name? Also there were 3 young people at the highdesk fooling around/ They were in and out and eating and one rarely put his mask up. I don't mind people having fun at work, but the whole atmosphere was unprofessional. There seemed to be no grown=ups there. More
