I have been wanting a Jeep for a few years. We stopped in to check out a few Jeep’s I had seen online & driving past the dealership. When I had made my decision, he did everything to make sure we were taken care of- from keeping us in the price range I had asked, making sure all of our questions were answered and finally making it possible to pick up the Jeep on my birthday, which meant a lot! The price was right in line with others we looked at, everyone was extremely friendly and patient. I had an appt and even so waited 2 hours. I did not have anything major done to the car, and when I arrived the rep said 1 1/2 hrs till it was done. When 90 minutes were over and nobody spoke to me, I aske anything major done to the car, and when I arrived the rep said 1 1/2 hrs till it was done. When 90 minutes were over and nobody spoke to me, I asked him when the car would be ready and he said it was, but he didn't call me as he though I was a man. Why didn't he just call out my last name? Also there were 3 young people at the highdesk fooling around/ They were in and out and eating and one rarely put his mask up. I don't mind people having fun at work, but the whole atmosphere was unprofessional. There seemed to be no grown=ups there. More

I had an extremely positive experience with Ertle Subaru. I like how easy they were to work with and schedule appointments around my schedule. My sales person Meghan was absolutely amazing, and when she was I like how easy they were to work with and schedule appointments around my schedule. The car-buying process was comfortable because no one there was pushy or made me feel pressured. They told me about their additional options and about rates for different things, but I never felt pressured to buy. My car was really clean, ready when promised, and both sales people took the time to go over everything with me. I was also able to leave my Enterprise rental there, which saved about 3 hours of my life! So thankful - I will definitley buy my next car from Ertle too! More
