I am so sorry to hear about your experience with us, we are a growing service facility and extremely busy so occasionally we get behind on schedule which tends to makes things a little bit more difficult on our end. You should have been contacted immediately after your car was finished and for that I am truly sorry. We are also down two technicians at the moment which put us behind a little more. I am also extremely apologetic that your car was left running, there was definitely some kind of miscommunication and this is not something that normally happens and I will get to the bottom of it to make sure this never happens again.
