What a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and were kind enough to explain everything from the buying process, the loan process, and the delivery process! They held the car for m knowledgeable and were kind enough to explain everything from the buying process, the loan process, and the delivery process! They held the car for me for about a week and half and then delivered it to my house FOR FREE. Even though we finished the process remotely, it was seamless. Each staff member (JR, Dave, Lauren, and Eugene) went above and beyond to make this the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. And the absolute best part was the fact that they replaced everything from break pads and rotors to windshield wipers and tires followed by gassing up and DETAILED my car. Usually I wax and restore the black plastic on cars when I first buy them, but I didn’t even need to! It was absolutely gorgeous. More
