Vehicle was returned to the dealer for recall of coil springs in the rear. Upon inspection of work after the vehicle was returned to us I noticed a leaking strut in the rear area where the springs were r springs in the rear. Upon inspection of work after the vehicle was returned to us I noticed a leaking strut in the rear area where the springs were replaced. The vehicle was returned to the dealer for a noise coming from the repair area. I assume the vehicle went back on the rack and something was found that was loose. Again no mention of the leaking strut. I am not sure if it is a matter of another $50.00 deductible payment expected to replace the strut or if the tech honestly didn't see it after two inspections. Feeling very disappointed! More

I bought my 2018 Subaru Outback from Ertle and brought my step daughter for a 2020 legacy and now to the third car 2021 Ascent. I was back to Ertle because of the great service department, thanks to Chris and others. I went in briefly to look at the Ascent, I did not have much time to negotiate my purchase and trading of my 2018 outback. I was lucky to meet Juan (sales Person). He had someone inspect my trade-in and I had to leave. Juan was very communicative, polite and extremely helpful. I had 2 issues that Juan helped me to rectify. 1. We agreed on the price and the loan for 60 months at X00.00 per month, when I sign the paper I found out the monthly was X00.81 I did not realize that till I got home. It was not the 46.80 (0.81x60) (that was refunded) that bothered me, but just not honoring what we agreed upon. 2. One of the cross bars was damaged by the installer and was replaced (Thanks Chris) The bottom line is that Juan helped me before, during and after the sale, the great service department and not to forget the owner’s guidance to his employees (just need to improve the financial department). It is 5 stars. More
