My experience was excellent. Rocky was prepared and had everything in place before we even arrived. The way that we were treated from the start of the experience all the way through made it pretty seamless everything in place before we even arrived. In the age of internet sales and pricing, the willingness to try to help us make a deal happen was spot on. Rocky carried himself with a large amount of knowledge, and when there were a few moments when he had to check to make sure he was fully transparent, he made that clear. That right there helped the experience and took a lot of anxiety out of it. While the sale was being processed, he was attentive and willing to keep us entertained, so we did not change how we felt during the time in the dealership. Rocky was knowledgable about the car, my car for trade-in, and when there was something that I noticed, he had the car brought back, and the minimal issue was fixed before I could even drive the car away so there would be no need to worry down the line. Overall, the experience was great, and I would recommend both the dealership and Rocky to anyone who asked. More
