Jon was our primary and only direct personal interface for the entire experience. He was pleasant, helpful, and very effective. We had an appointment with another dealer for later that day, but were so for the entire experience. He was pleasant, helpful, and very effective. First I want to say that the people are very nice and I was pleased with the work they did on my car. However, I dropped off my car at 9am on a Friday and didn't get it back until Tuesday afternoon. They was pleased with the work they did on my car. However, I dropped off my car at 9am on a Friday and didn't get it back until Tuesday afternoon. They gave me a loaner so I wasn't without a car, but an inspection, realignment, and new tires (which they had on Friday) shouldn't take that long. No one called me with status updates or when the car was ready. I had to call them. When I went to pick it up, I still had to wait an hour. It would have been longer, if I hadn't noticed my keys laying on an unattended desk. While I waited, I saw a big sign that said there would be a free car wash with service. There wasn't and I was afraid if I asked, I'd be there until closing. Will I go back? I don't know. But if I do, I will insist that I get my car back that day! More
