One time I had my oil changed and asked for a complimentary car wash. They said that would be no problem and it would be done. When I picked my car up, it was in fact, not done. I went back in and confronted them about it. They said my car was washed. It clearly wasn't, as all of the dirt and bugs on the front were still present. More recently, I scheduled an inspection appointment. The woman I spoke to was Lauren. I asked her if she could check to see if the county I live in requires emissions (I have moved a couple of times now since I bought my car). She checked and told me that my county does not require emissions. I explained that I needed my car done same-day. She told me I would need to drop it off first thing in the morning. To make things easier, I dropped it off the night before. On the day of the inspection, 3pm rolls around and I still did not receive a phone call. I called and asked for an update on my car. The man I spoke with stated that he would check. He got back on the line after 5 minutes and stated that it was at Abeloff for emissions. I asked him why I did not receive a phone call and that I was told it wouldn't need emissions. He had nothing to say to that. Then, Steve W. called me back and stated that he had to check to see if it would be done in time for him to complete the state inspection before the end of the day. So, my car sat on their lot all morning and part of the afternoon until they decided to do anything with it? Didn't even have the decency to call me, and took it upon themselves to drive MY car to a different service center without MY permission. Absolutely unprofessional at best. Will never deal with this dealership again. I understand that they might have been backed up and busy, but that's no excuse for poor communication. More
Would give zero stars if I could. We had a deal. I told him I was coming Saturday to pick up the car and that it was a big journey. Car not taken for actual service at time scheduled. Car was moved to the rear of location, gave appearance vehicle was being worked on when in fact it wasn't. Accomodating service I explained to Kathy, knowing that my car would be in for two days, that I probably would not make the 5 pm deadline on Saturday, but I needed my car I explained to Kathy, knowing that my car would be in for two days, that I probably would not make the 5 pm deadline on Saturday, but I needed my car for Monday and she said that Bill would call me and would make arrangements for that if my car wasn't ready on Friday. He did and I paid online and picked up my car (I had an extra key.) at my convenience later on Saturday evening. More

I never felt pressured to buy and Johnny was very friendly and easy-going. He went out of his way to get a few extra dollars on my trade-in vehicle which made it easier to seal the deal on the new car. When I returned to pick up my new 2020 Legacy two days later there was a long wait. Johnny kept us informed and was very apologetic. Sometimes it is not just how people handle the good situations, but also the way a person handles an issue. I felt like Johnny and his manager really did their best and I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Johnny and the staff at Ertle Subaru. More

I had several "cold" encounters with car salesmen in the past, thus I felt, somewhat, timid coming to Ertle. However, after meeting our salesperson - Kevin Brost - I had no doubts that I am in the right place. We were coming out of state to see the car and arrived at the dealership almost at the closing time, yet Kevin's calm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and at ease. Kevin was very accommodating and happy to show us the car. He had tremendous knowledge and answered all our questions. Most importantly, we never felt pressured to make a deal and Kevin went the extra mile ensuring that the price was within our budget. Special shout-out to Lauren Bradford who promptly responded to my online inquiry and put me in touch with Kevin. Also big thanks to Dave Goncalves who discussed all financial and warranty questions with me in detail, making sure that all information was clear and comprehensive.
