I've owned a few Subaru's in the past, great cars. My current lease was running out on another manufacturer and I wanted an AWD vehicle, specifically with several options and requirements. Well, after a quick call to Zack, he said he thought he had what I was looking for on the lot. Color, in/out, as well as nice wheels and Entertainment were my main concerns. Heated seats were a welcome option around here in winter. I really did NOT want any of the NEW "safety" features that, IMO are for those that can't drive to begin with, or are TOO lazy to actually use their mirrors and react properly. Well, this model did NOT have that 3K package that I could care less about. PERFECT! SOLD! More

I had a great experience buying my first car. Zach made the process smooth and easy. He was patient with us and really helped us stay around our budget, not to mention he was very funny. Scheduled an appt, to look at 19'20 Subaru. Was told great d Came in, saw a diff. Person , no real discount on 2019. Felt like pulling teeth, very different from 2 previous leases. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful I was happy with the service overall, I was a little annoyed that I brought my car in at 11:00 am, for a seemly small issue I didn't get a call about I was happy with the service overall, I was a little annoyed that I brought my car in at 11:00 am, for a seemly small issue I didn't get a call about my Car by 5 ;00 pm. I had a loaner which was great, but not getting a call until the next morning was inconvenient. More
Total waste of 4 hours I had my car serviced today 9/19/19 and it took almost 4 hours to install a new tire. What a terrible experience I had with the service department. I had my car serviced today 9/19/19 and it took almost 4 hours to install a new tire. What a terrible experience I had with the service department. Arrived at 9:45 and left at 1:45. I had a nail in my tire and expected it to be repaired but it was too close to the side wall to repair. It took 90 minutes to tell me the tire couldn’t be repaired. During that time I asked the service desk what was holding up the repair, the response was: “There were two customers ahead of you” . Would have been nice if I were told at the onset that it would be a wait, but nothing, just “we’ll get right on it” . When I came in I should have been told it would be quite awhile. Finally after two hours I was told I need a new tire. All right, I said what’s the next step? I was told they are checking to see if tire is in stock. Response after another 30 minutes, tire not is stock will have available tomorrow. Okay, now was offered a loaner car and began the paperwork to take it. Midway through paperwork, I was told, “today is your lucky day, we found a tire in stock”. Good, now I gave the go ahead to install the tire. Guess what now - it can’t be done now due to the technician is out to lunch—simply unbelievable lack of concern for customer—now I had to wait until lunch was over. Another hour goes by and the salesman whom I bought the car from kept passing by the waiting area and said. “You still here”. I said "this service department is terrible". He said “he had no control but they shouldn’t have their customers wait so long”. Prior to checkout, I asked if I would get a break on the price since I purchased the car at Ertle. and service desk rep said yes a whopping 10%. Alright, I’m ready to pay my bill and no 10% - it was forgotten. Had to remind them of the big discount I was entitled to. Therefore 4 hours later I got a new tire which probably could have been taken care of within an hour. The sales people at the desk have no consideration for customers waiting or advising them of progress. I was advised once and told “they’re balancing the tire now”. This dealership personnel needs some guidance on how to handle waiting customers. Nice waiting area but very poor interaction with customers. It looks as if I’ll have to look for new dealership for new care purchase in the future. More
