He asked me questions to find out exactly what I was looking for and he found it for me. He was very patient while waiting over an hour for my insurance company to finally call back. Plus he insisted on me having one of the red velvet cupcakes which were awesome by the way! I will definitely refer Juan to my friends for their vehicle needs. More

He thought the detailers could handle the work, and honestly he could have just ignored us, but he truly understands and appreciates what customer service is, and obviously takes pride in his role. You can buy a car anywhere, but it's the service team that builds loyalty. More

Service and sales stinks After buying a 2015 Jeep on a Saturday promises were made to put on fender flares that were supposed to be be on the week before I purchased the jeep After buying a 2015 Jeep on a Saturday promises were made to put on fender flares that were supposed to be be on the week before I purchased the jeep after many phone calls by the dealership to make sure I was coming up to see the Jeep when I arrived at the dealership the Jeep was no where to be found the salesman told us that they were putting on the flares The Jeep arrived I took it for a test drive and purchased the Jeep it was taken back to have the flares put on Spent 2 hours waiting for my Jeep to be brought back to the dealership whenever I asked how much longer it would be I was told that it would be there momentarily so after 2hrs of lies I left the dealership told them to call me when it was ready 4:30 I had to call them and was told that they were done after another 45 minutes of waiting they finally brought out the Jeep and they had butchered the job They told me that I needed to bring the Jeep back so they could fix the botched job called the service department to schedule a appointment for Friday the next week I dropped of my Jeep on Friday at 9 am I was told that I would have it back on Monday after calling the dealerships service department and leaving 5 voicemails I had to threaten them with going to the Vice President of the dealership I finally got a call back only to find out that I would not have it back on Monday Iam hoping to get it back Tuesday But who knows All I can say is I’m so sorry that I decided to buy from Ertile Subaru and would never recommend them to anyone I cared about Salesman after you buy won’t follow up on anything Service is shaky at best and won’t return phone calls More
