The car was taken for inspection and allegedly had an oil cooler leak that would have cost $1700.00. When taken for a second opinion it was found there was no leak. This was my first visit to Ertle Subaru. My '16 Forester was having an issue and after the Service Dept's diagnostic on it, turns out it was something completely different than what I though My '16 Forester was having an issue and after the Service Dept's diagnostic on it, turns out it was something completely different than what I thought it was. The department seems to run really well ... from the immediate greeting and check in at the door, I was sent right over to my service advisor who went over everything and was thorough and quick. By the time I walked away from his desk, the loaner car was right outside the door - running and ready to go. Communication during this three-day process couldn't have been better. Nick called several times with updates and the text updates are helpful as well. Thanks, Ertle! More
