I found it hard to communicate with Joe. I was put off by my his “ did you hear me”, “ like I said”, and vague answers to questions about Subaru features. I had to walk around the show room to find a document that explained the differences in starlink safety and starlink security. You didn’t have what I wanted so Joe found one in a dealer trade. He gave me a copy of the window sticker. When I came to pick up the car the VIN was different than the one I had reviewed and was waiting for. I had to discover this and I think Subaru should have told me. The two Vehicles were similar but it took me a while to find out the one I was to buy did not have the the rear bumper guard. David got involved and said that would be added and explained the benefits of financing etc. This is my first Subaru in 20 years so I was not well educated on your terminology and different trim levels. I’m not sure I would have closed the deal had David and Nick not gotten involved. They were patient and did not make me feel stupid. I think with a better sales job, I would have purchased a higher level Outback. More
I had a very poor experience getting my car serviced at this dealer. The advisor and service director (so he calls himself) were both extremely rude to me.
