The wait took a few weeks longer than anticipated, but they extended the loaner over the phone without issue. When the car did arrive, the entire process at the dealership took maybe a little over an hour. Meeting with financing was quick and painless; they didn't try to sell me any bridges, they accepted my Subaru VIP discount without a hassle and gave me the promotional APR active that month (active the month the car arrived, not active the month I put down the deposit). All the research I usually do in anticipation of a fight at the dealership was mercifully unnecessary, and look forward to having further business with them. More
