The tire change over and oil change were fine. The suggested maint estimate for fuel filter and pump was ridiculously over priced, almost $2000. i was told would be major effort. I know the pump & filter are under back seat, easy access. Did not appreciate the estimate and refused all recommended services as a result of the overcharging estimates. More

Justin did not return my phone calls, and when we arranged a test drive with him he went home 2 hours before we arrived and did not call to tell us he would not be there. The sales manager had to sc arranged a test drive with him he went home 2 hours before we arrived and did not call to tell us he would not be there. The sales manager had to scramble to find someone to help us. On our test drive we were sent out with an intern who could not answer questions about the car. Megan Ertle, the sales manager, on the other hand was great. We were very happy with the car and the condition it was in when we bought it. But they definitely should get rid of Justin. More
I checked in at 2:40. Left there at 5:30. Did not expect the total cost to be that high! Plus we were never notified that the Impreza was past due for inspection. Kathy Left there at 5:30.
