The customer service I experienced was worlds apart from what I have become used to at other dealerships. From start to finish things just kept happening. First off, I got an appointment that accommodated m what I have become used to at other dealerships. From start to finish things just kept happening. First off, I got an appointment that accommodated my needs. Secondly, my Crosstrek was serviced, washed, and returned to me within the time frame quoted. Which to be clear was about an hour and a half. Third, no one tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs. I can find no issue what so ever to complain about on the service side. It was a nearly unmemorable, no hassle experience. Every bit a five star service department. (The sales side never even acknowledged I was browsing vehicles. That side of the dealership came across as uninterested and lazy. Which made my decision to buy from another dealer easy.) More
