I was very disappointed with my service work that took only one hour and not three hours as stated by the service writer. I was under the impression that this was a safety issue on my car as I was told to only one hour and not three hours as stated by the service writer. I was under the impression that this was a safety issue on my car as I was told too that it normally does not pass state inspection. After getting the bill I questioned again the flat rate of $700. And it should be cheaper as it was repaired in less time. Between the cost of parts and time should have cost about $300 and not $700. I was taken for a ride by this dealership! I will be contacting BBB for further resolution. More
