I got a rental car while my car was being fixed and it smelled really bad -- like vomit. I couldn't drive away in it. I walked in and asked for another one, and while it didn't smell as bad, still smell smelled really bad -- like vomit. I couldn't drive away in it. I went in for my oil change and tire rotation and drove off with my car veering off to the left when I didn't have that problem before I came to this location. CJ was taking care of me and was very courteo off with my car veering off to the left when I didn't have that problem before I came to this location. At the time of the end of this service appointment I was upset about them saying I needed tires when I had 432 left on them which is totally still fine however they showed me a picture of a slit with the th upset about them saying I needed tires when I had 432 left on them which is totally still fine however they showed me a picture of a slit with the threat threads and thread coming through and I bought the car brand new from them with Continental not covering anything now they've told me that Subaru will foot the bill for four brand new Continentals so that has made me very happy as opposed to that day when they were just trying to sell me tires I don't know why we didn't have the discussion of proration at that time but you know everything hits you at once sometimes and you don't think ahead of the curve I thought of it after the fact and Continental again would not cover anything but Subaru the company has stepped up and that's just awesome so thank you Kathy thank you for contacting Subaru and thank you Subaru you've got my business for a long time!
