Excellent! Joe was extremely helpful when it came to purchasing our new car. He talked us through every price of paperwork we signed which was extremely helpful Joe was extremely helpful when it came to purchasing our new car. He talked us through every price of paperwork we signed which was extremely helpful because we did this process after a long day at work. Best of all we knew the car needed new brakes and the rotors needed work too which was takin care of before we finished signing our paperwork. Great if you know what you want. Joe was helpful and efficient at taking care of the paperwork and took time to ensure I had all the information I needed. As far as the buying experi Joe was helpful and efficient at taking care of the paperwork and took time to ensure I had all the information I needed. As far as the buying experience as a whole, Evo's model works best if you are okay with being independent. No one will walk you through the selection process. The model works because the prices are low. My only gripe was that I had to have my cashiers check remade because no one told me that you have to finance a minimum of 5000, so my down payment was too large. It wouldn't have even been a problem had I not talked with multiple employees about the exact car I was going to purchase and the amount I was going to put down, but no one mentioned anything until I started my final paperwork. Overall, I would recommend if you are looking for a low priced vehicle and won't miss the dealership's red carpet (which always comes with sales pressure anyway). More
