I paid for tax, title, and license (TTL) but when I called DMV I found that Ewald had not paid the license fee. I had to pay another $115 for something that was already paid. Terrible service from this dealership!!! Brought my 2019 Fusion to them 6 months ago for an oil change. Dropped it off in the morning was told to pick it up at the end of the day. When I arrived at 5 PM ju Fusion to them 6 months ago for an oil change. Dropped it off in the morning was told to pick it up at the end of the day. When I arrived at 5 PM just before closing they said they forgot to service it. Gave me a free interior detail to try to make it right but still had to bring back my car again for the oil change. Tried to use the free interior detail today and they said it would be a 30 day wait ... Basically useless to me as I am relocating to a new residence 2 hours away by then. More

Horrible I do not like to be taken and I trusted the dealership and their word. So I would review everything at this dealership and the loan guy was horrible also. I told him I did not want any extra plans with my truck 3 times and wouldn't let it go. very bad experience buying a new truck. will never go there again. More
