They were very helpful. When my initial car purchase fell through, (because of hail damage to the vehicle in transit to the dealership) I was very disappointed. I get such great customer service at this dealership in Plano that I drive in from Houston to get my car serviced!!!! I had to move to Houston last year for a job transfer. I told her the details of what I was looking for, and she was able to find it right when I arrived called Suzanne based on a reference from a friend. She's written to me several times to make sure I was making use of all the features in the vehicle which I appreciated because a lot of it was new to me. I have been trading with GMC for over 15 years. Steve Fortner has been one of the reasons I have stayed with Ewing because of his excellent service. I don't trust to many people when it comes to service. If Steve calls and has a concern about something that needs to be done, I know it is legit. That is what people look for in a dealership, someone they can truly trust. In working with Barry Wallace he is always concerned if I am being taken care of and continues to have my respect along with Steves. When purchasing my last vehicle from Suzanne Koerwer, she really made the experience a pleasure and this was my first time working with Suzanne. Overall Ewing has been my best experience in car dealerships. Great People! More

My wife and I have purchased several cars between us over the years. Hands down, this was the most enjoyable new ca purchase experience that we have had -- ever. Randy was very patient with us and took the time to fully understand what we were looking for in a new vehicle and also to explain what options were available that met our specifications. We also explained that we were considering two other makes of vehicles besides the Buick LaCrose, namely, the Hyundai Genesis and Lincoln MKZ. He encourages us to explore the other vehicles and even gave us a contact at a Hyundai dealership for us to visit. I understand now that he was not worried about the competition because the Buick LaCrose would sell itself and ultimately end up being our choice. He was right. There were no hard sell tactics and he worked with us to get us the bottom-line price we felt we wanted to pay. It was a win-win situation all around. We also were impressed with the GM with whom we also spoke during our negotiations. Again, it was a very pleasant sales experience. Because our vehicle is so new, we have not had an occasion to bring the car in for service wo we did not rate those questions. More
Great Experience, no hassle, Suzanne was great to work with and very knowledgble, she was up front with price and finance options and worked very hard to meet our time schedule which was compressed.
