Worst car-buying experience by far. We went in to look at a used KIA and asked to see the maintenance records showing what had been done to prepare the car for sale. The reports showed several repairs recommended by their own mechanics, but those repairs had been deferred by the sales department. When I asked the manager about it, he told me the car was “the best-priced in Dallas” and claimed their own mechanics “don’t know what they’re doing” and were just trying to make money off the sales department. We asked if they would either complete the repairs or discount the vehicle so we could handle them ourselves. We were told none of the repairs were necessary, and they refused to lower the price because they supposedly already had too much money invested in the car. This was despite them also saying the vehicle had already been sitting on their lot for 40 days and would be sent to auction if it didn’t sell within the next five days. This dealership showed no integrity during our experience and seemed willing to put anything on the road, whether it was safe or reliable or not. Do your homework and read the other reviews from customers who reported buying vehicles with known issues, including engines failing shortly after purchase. For such a large family dealership, you would think customer service, integrity, and repeat business would matter more. Instead, it felt like getting every last dollar out of a vehicle was their only concern, regardless of safety or reliability. More

Had truck serviced there for 7 yrs. ,not a problem. Last year and a half had to replace antifreeze cap because it was left off,had to reset my own oil reminder,no big deal but... Last straw,this time had an issue which they fixed for me. They neglected to tell me "Hey your truck is fixed but your fob doesn't recognize the driver,sooo your settings for your seat and mirrors don't work. Ohh,and also your phone won't work either. Bought brand new and the Salesman set it up no problem. Seems like there is a step missing here! More
