Honest and Helpful When my car broke down and I had to get it towed to the dealership, Brad was with me every step of the way. He sat down and explained everything that When my car broke down and I had to get it towed to the dealership, Brad was with me every step of the way. He sat down and explained everything that was wrong and was very clear and concise. He didn't try and convince me to buy a bunch of services I did not need. Great place to go if you need your car serviced. More

The service was good with service department The service was good but noticed the back seat was not assembled- just left placed on top and sliding in all directions- when I called to question wha The service was good but noticed the back seat was not assembled- just left placed on top and sliding in all directions- when I called to question what could be done since I was unable to place it back, I was tokd by service guy they didn’t do it- really...then who would? Left a sour taste in what was a great experience and sales guy finally admitted tech would have been in back seat - now I have to stop back by to get this repaired. I understand oversight- I understand error- I don’t understand questioning a customer who had paid in my opinion an expensive bill. More

Quite satisfied While in Plano for ASA GOLD NATIONALS softball tournament in July my tires and rims were stolen off my 2016 GMC SIERRA DENALI at the team hotel durin While in Plano for ASA GOLD NATIONALS softball tournament in July my tires and rims were stolen off my 2016 GMC SIERRA DENALI at the team hotel during the overnight hrs. After being awakened by Plano Police dept at 4:30 am , I googled nearest GMC dealerships Ewings was the closest spoke to a gentleman named Jim Bearden , explained my situation about being from Ohio and needing to be home by Monday he assured me he would take care of situation. He more than handled the situation. Had a tow truck enroute with spare tires and rims to tow back to dealership-located rims-kept me updated-sent courtesy car to pick me up when truck was finished-less than 12 hrs after theft occurred-didn't miss a single inning of my daughter's game that day. Can't thank Jim enough-it's difficult to find that kind of attention to detail and commitment to making things right these days !! Again THANK YOU JIM BEARDAN !! More

Better Service I’ve had a recurring annoying problem with my GMC Sierra which I had been having serviced at a different dealer closer to my house. With only 9k miles I’ve had a recurring annoying problem with my GMC Sierra which I had been having serviced at a different dealer closer to my house. With only 9k miles on my truck and four failed visits to this other dealer, I tried driving a bit farther to Ewing in attempt to get resolution. I got my truck back very quickly with the problem finally repaired. My advisor JR Lopez kept me updated along the way. I am enjoying my truck again with the problem solved. Thank you! More
