The computer system in my Jeep has never worked since the day I leased it. The dealership has had the car in the shop multiple times, anywhere from two weeks to over a month at a time, and the issue is still day I leased it. The dealership has had the car in the shop multiple times, anywhere from two weeks to over a month at a time, and the issue is still unresolved. Instead of taking responsibility, they constantly ping-pong us back and forth with corporate and have done nothing to help with the lemon car they leased to us. My husband has been incredibly patient dealing with them, but the vehicle is in my name and I am done waiting. The lack of accountability and customer service from this dealership is shocking. I am now pursuing legal action, filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office, and making sure others know how poorly I’ve been treated. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership. More

From the moment I left my vehicle, the whole experience was horrible. I had to keep calling the dealership/Sal to get any updates in regards to my vehicle. I had to keep calling Easy Care to see if my engi was horrible. I had to keep calling the dealership/Sal to get any updates in regards to my vehicle. I had to keep calling Easy Care to see if my engine was taken down and pictures sent. Nothing happened. I had to call North Haven Executive in order to get the claims process rolling. My car was sitting for almost two weeks. The story that I received from Sal is that vehicles are worked on in the order that they come in. So my vehicle was just sitting for almost two weeks but everyone else’s car that came in after mines gets worked on. I was also told there’s a handful of people that can only do the repairs my vehicle required. So in two weeks, my car doesn’t get touched. I ended up picking up my vehicle and taking it to North Haven Executive. This wallingford dealership sucks down to the customer service. I was also told that the manager was spoken to in order to get me in their rental. Well that was a lie. They don’t care. I actually saw another male associate be told that a customer’s vehicle was done and to call the patient. The entire time I stood waiting for my claim to be processed, the same employee didn’t pick up the phone to call the customer to pick up their vehicle. More
