The issue that I brought the Jeep in for was not resolved the first 2 times that I came back to pick it up. It was resolved when I came back the 3rd time to pick it up. They gave me a loaner (at no charge) the first 2 times that I came back to pick it up. It was resolved when I came back the 3rd time to pick it up. They gave me a loaner (at no charge) to use during the 3 weeks that they took to resolve the issue. They resolved it for the original amount that they charged me, without charging extra for the extra work that they needed to do to resolve the issue. More
