Went in for a prescheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation and balance. Advisor asked if I wanted a service package including 3 oil changes with rotation. I said yes because the savings was a n tire rotation and balance. Advisor asked if I wanted a service package including 3 oil changes with rotation. I said yes because the savings was a no brainer. When I got the vehicle back the report said the tires were set to 35 psi. This is 25 psi below the recommended pressure. When I questioned the advisor, he told me that the report is a form report included with every vehicle and that the tech knows the proper tire pressure for a promaster. Makes me question the validity of the rest of the report. In addition after leaving the dealership I had a steering wheel shimmy between 68 and 72 mph. After I left while driving a mile or two from the dealership my low pressure monitor came on. I had no time to turn around. Instead I called to speak to the advisor. He wasn't available so I left a message. Never got a call back. Called the next day and spoke to a different person because he still was not available. Brought the van back in at 7 am on a Saturday. Was told the tires were never balanced because it's not part if the package and there is an additional charge for it. That's fine with me, I never rotate tires without balancing them for this exact reason. In my opinion, the first advisor should have told me that since the original appointment was set up for a tire balance and he should have added the charge so I got what I came in for. He never even gave me a work order to sign. The tires were balanced at no charge and I was sent on my way. TPMS monitor now out. Later that day, the light came back on. When I checked the pressures myself no two tires had the same pressure. The left front had over 90psi and the rest were around 55 give or take except for the spare which had 35. I believe that is the tire setting off the monitor unless it doesn't have a monitor. My real concern is that this is a very basic service and on 2 visits couldn't get it right. How do I trust that more major repairs will be done correctly? I reset all the tire pressures myself. More

They were very helpful, when making the appointment, and arriving for the appointment. I have no idea who performed the service on my vehicle (my invoice isn’t with me) but the gentleman I dealt with before arriving for the appointment. I had to forfeit one service on my previous oil change contract because it expired, unfortunately. COVID and being a front line worker made it difficult to get in, sadly to my disadvantage.
