I had to repeatedly call the service department to determine where the part was. When the part was installed I was not told that it would take time for the part to communicate with the rest of the com determine where the part was. I called the service department and left a message with the answering service and never got a call back. More

Last year the service dept was horrible. Calls weren't returned and a part I needed was never ordered. My experience this week was 1000% better.
