Pat, the dealer was very helpful in our car buying journey. He helped answer any and all questions we had and he didn’t pressure us in any way. I had to bring my car in for a recall on my 2015 jeep renegade for the fan module. Took them 2 hours which was enough time to relax in their waiting room. They performed service to my van but did not follow instructions. Tires were rotated, against my request, and when I asked if they reset the front/back tire's pressure, I was told "yes", but they did instructions. Used this service department in May 2021, was a great experience. I thought , "they won my business!" I was wrong! They lost my business. Quite deceitful and untrustworthy. Assistant service mgr, "we didn't get any codes." Me, "oh!? I had a check engine light on the past week and a half. Just went of a couple days ago. The computer would have those codes saved. Wouldn't they?" Him. "Oh, let me check on that" The final straw was when he told me he called the warranty company to file a claim for a part, and he didn't. I came in to pick up the truck and the bill was for a particular part. He automatically said the part wasn't covered. Not trusting him from the last time, I called the warranty company. They said they never received a call for a claim for this part or any part on this day. The last time we heard from anyone was over a month ago. There is more, but lie is enough to end it! Lie to me and you're done! You lose my business!😞✌ More
