While Mike was great to work with, Executive Jeep Service itself is exhausting to deal with. It took more than 2 weeks to get even get an apt for my vehicle and then you had the vehicle almost 3 weeks. Onc itself is exhausting to deal with. It took more than 2 weeks to get even get an apt for my vehicle and then you had the vehicle almost 3 weeks. Once I got the vehicle back, there were things that weren’t even fixed. The main problem of the vehicle stalling and not starting was fixed, and I’m very happy your tech got to the bottom of that esp cuz I know it wasn’t easy, he was top notch with that..But my back up camera still isn’t working and now I have a grinding noise in the front end .. Brakes maybe .. But I was so desperate to get the car back because by the time the main issue was solved, it had been 5 weeks of not being able to drive my vehicle. Now I have to go through the whole process again, not having my vehicle for weeks (because that happens every time I bring it in .. this wasn’t isolated) just to get them fixed. It’s incredibly frustrating, exhausting, inconvenient and truth be told, I’ll never buy another Jeep because getting it serviced is so problematic. More
