Disappointed this times versus previous experiences. Took one hour forty minutes for a “scheduled” oil change and tire rotation. I had scheduled blood work for an upcoming surgery. Thought two hours and twenty minutes would be plenty of time to make. Didn’t happen. Late by ten minutes but was fortune appointment kept with only a ten minute delay. Unfortunately it made me late for work. Was a difficult day. Hope one and only disappointing experience. More
