I said I had a shake when driving at about 20 mph. I was told it would be a $165 charge to diagnose. I said that was high just for a diagnosis. Nothing about applying that diagnosis fee to the repa I was told it would be a $165 charge to diagnose. I said that was high just for a diagnosis. Nothing about applying that diagnosis fee to the repair. Just a response, “that’s what we charge.” I left after my oil change, went elsewhere, where I got diagnosed with bad motor mounts. Got the work done elsewhere, and no more shaking! Honda continues to disappoint!! I’m currently looking for another car and I Will Not Buy At Executive Honda. More
