Gina/Genna was super helpful and kind and assisted me with every aspect of my car 9 point inspection and repair. I had been to 2 other Honda dealers to get my remote start button fixed, and all of them r with every aspect of my car 9 point inspection and repair. I had been to 2 other Honda dealers to get my remote start button fixed, and all of them refused to acknowledge it being the problem so they could charge me for a new FOB and a new starter (insane, and I didn’t go through with the new starter luckily). I told Gina/Genna and the first thing she checked and diagnosed was the faulty push to start button. She saved me over $500 and a lot of time and energy. She is the greatest! More
