Pleasant staff; surroundings. Major disappointment when told expensive work needed and independent garage says I do not. Most recent was being told car needed water pump and hose due to leakage. Other garage said not needed and after close to 2 months no leaking, temp in normal range. Several years ago was told I immediately needed brakes; separate garage showed me brakes and said I had another 5000 miles which I drove before getting new brakes. As you’re aware, dealerships have reputation for “upselling” and my examples reinforce that image. Please work to change this image as I do believe your techs are skilled and Honda is a pleasant, convenient dealership where I would like to trust bringing my car. Thank you. More
